We have completely redesigned the Samsung.com webpage to align with the SmartThings app update centered on 'AI'. We proposed a strategy that includes page structure, content, and user journey to provide a seamless experience for website visitors until they start using the SmartThings app service. Additionally, we led an innovative change by creating image assets using Gen AI for the first time on Samsung.com.
‘AI’를 중심으로 한 SmartThings 앱 업데이트에 맞춰, 삼성닷컴 웹페이지를 전면 개편하였습니다. 웹페이지 방문자가 SmartThings 앱 서비스를 이용하기까지 끊김 없는 경험을 제공하기 위해 페이지 구조, 콘텐츠, 유저 저니를 포함한 전략을 제안했습니다. 또한, 삼성닷컴 최초로 이미지 에셋을 Gen AI로 생성하여 제작함으로써 혁신적인 변화를 주도했습니다.

We created three pages to offer a complete understanding of SmartThings, from its general concept and recent updates to specific functionalities and real-world usage examples.

We designed the Overview page to allow users to understand the concept of SmartThings and check its latest updates, while the Apps page provides detailed information about each feature. Overall, we used a simple layout to help users view the content more easily and intuitively.

By presenting practical use cases, the page helps users understand the potential of smart home technology and how it can simplify and improve their lifestyle across different aspects such as energy management, home security, family care, and personal comfort.
