I proposed the utilization of Brand NFTs as a means to increase traffic and conversion rates on Samsung.com, as well as enhance customer brand loyalty. I designed G∙NUSMAS (Virtual Avatar) NFT, which incorporate Samsung's virtual avatar, and Special Edition NFTs in the form of cards featuring unique Samsung products.
These NFTs complement each other and are designed to synergize, with the goal of achieving higher brand loyalty from customers while boosting traffic and conversion rates on Samsung.com.
삼성닷컴의 유입율과 구매전환을 높이고 고객의 브랜드 로열티를 향상시키는 방안으로 브랜드 NFT의 활용을 제안하였습니다. Samsung NFT는 삼성의 버추얼 아바타를 접목한 G∙NUSMAS(버추얼 아바타) NFT와 특별한 삼성 제품을 카드 형태로 제작한 Special Edition NFT 두 가지 유형으로 제작되었습니다.
이 두가지 유형의 NFT는 브랜드 로열티 향상과 제품 구매 촉진에 최적화하여, 서로에게 시너지 효과를 낼 수 있도록 기획되었습니다.

G·NUSMAS -- a character a character conceived from the humorous saying that "Samsung abducts aliens and develops products" -- was prioritized to maximize Samsung's NFT brand identity. In addition, I wanted to express a mysterious atmosphere through a background reminiscent of a virtual world and a motion graphic that emphasizes fluidity and flow, rather than simply expressing the character in a cute and charming way.
삼성을 대표하는 G·NUSMAS(‘삼성이 외계인을 납치해서 제품을 개발한다”는 유머가 회자되는 것에서 착안한 캐릭터)를 접목하여 NFT의 브랜드 정체성을 극대화했습니다. 또한, 캐릭터를 단순히 귀엽고 아기자기하게 표현하는 것이 아니라 가상세계를 연상시키는 배경과 이를 유영하는 듯한 모션을 통해 신비로운 분위기를 표현했습니다.

G·NUSMAS NFT provides a customization function that can change the appearance according to the holder's preference. The users can make unique NFT by using various parts that the users received by purchasing products on Samsung.com.
G·NUSMAS NFT는 홀더의 취향에 따라 외형을 변형할 수 있는 커스터마이징 기능을 제공합니다. 일정 금액 이상 제품을 구매하거나 스페셜 에디션 제품을 통해 에어드랍 받은 각종 파츠를 활용하여 나만의 NFT를 꾸밀 수 있습니다.

Samsung Electronics has launched special edition products through collaboration with various brands such as Maison Margiela, Thom Browne, and Juun.J. Through NFT collaborations, Samsung Electronics can maximizes their marketing efforts. Each special edition product is released through NFT minting and NFT Holders can get the actual products. In addition, G·NUSMAS NFT holders are granted whitelist qualifications when minting special edition NFTs.
삼성전자는 메종 마르지엘라, 톰브라운, 준지 등 다양한 브랜드와의 협업을 통해 스페셜 에디션 제품을 출시해 왔습니다. 이런 스페셜 에디션 제품을 NFT와 결합한다면, 제품의 마케팅 효과를 극대화할 수 있습니다. 각 스페셜 에디션 제품은 NFT 민팅을 통해 출시되고 NFT 홀더들에게 실제 제품을 배송해 주는 방식으로 운영됩니다. 또한, G·NUSMAS NFT 홀더들은 스페셜 에디션 NFT 민팅 시 화이트리스트 자격을 부여받습니다.
